- My picture on the About Me page was taken by Roger Craddock Photography. Roger takes mostly wedding photos at the moment, but he did a great job of my business portrait!

- I cut my teeth with technical writing in my first management services post, which involved taking a certificate and diploma in management services and becoming a member of the Institute of Management Services.

- I got my Diploma in Marketing by studying with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
